Prithvika Kotian of Mangalore, won a gold medal in the 69 kg Weight Lifting category (under17 yr Group) held in Dharwad by the State of Karnataka. She has been selected to represent the Karnataka team to participate in the National School Games competition to be held in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh in November. Trained by Eklavya Awardee coach Pushparaj Hegde, she is the daughter of Sushant Kotian and Rekha Kotian of Ashoka Nagar, Mangalore. We wish her all the BEST in her sporting endeavour.
